On a new episode of Podcast Posrednik, host Filip Brkan welcomed our founder Martin Kajtazi. They talked about Arhium, the land analysis tool we built inside CRISP, and about how the idea came about in the first place.

Martin looks back on the path from his early career to the moment we realised how badly the market lacked a tool that would bring together, in one place, all the data needed to assess a land parcel. That problem became Arhium, so in the episode he walks through the entire application and shows how it works in practice: filtering land, selecting multiple areas at once, and reading the data that agents and investors otherwise gather painstakingly across various offices.

Part of the conversation looks at the wider picture: the availability of public data in Croatia, negotiations with other counties, data processing and GDPR, and affordable construction. Martin closes by revealing the next steps we are planning for Arhium and CRISP.
